PFCD Executive Director, Ken Thorpe, spoke with prominent health care blogger, Dr. Val Jones, about where health care fits in to the Presidential election.

Health care is a "pocketbook issue" for the majority of Americans, according to Dr. Thorpe, and its links to economic security are well-established in the minds of many voters. Given the importance of the issue to women, independents, and undecided voters in particular, presidential candidates absolutely must address it.
